A few nights ago we went roller skating. Jacob has never roller skated before but he had a great time! After a night of skating he said' "Mom,I've got to get some skates!" So here he is trying out his new skates.

My day
Today Hayden went to the doctor's because he's been coughing and wheezing for weeks. Of course they always say it's viral. Go figure, that's the answer for everything. Poor little guy! He's been feeling crummy! It's hard when babies are sick. He was weighed today as part of the routine. He weighs 18 pounds 2 ounces!! He turned 24 weeks on this past saturday. He's catching up to how much Cassidy weighed around his age. She was 21 pounds when she was 7 months old. My kids are heavy weights...must be all that good milk they're getting. I love chubby babies! They're just so kissable on the cheeks!
Today I got a bit more organized with the whole homeschooling thing. Instead of nightly having to write up the schedule I've now printed out weekly schedules for them. Now they can open their binders and know what the lesson plan is for the day. Obviously I'm new to all this and still learning. I'm still not as organized as I'd like to be. I'll get there eventually. I think I'm doing pretty good since I've only been homeschooling for a few weeks and I still have all my hair! Haha! It's actually easier than I thought it would be. Now if I could just get them to get a long with one another. HA! Like that will ever happen. Some days I think they'd prefer not to share the same address.
Bob has about 2 weeks left on this deployment before he can start heading home. Hopefully they send him home when they say they will instead of extending the deployment. The Navy is famous for doing that. It will be nice having him home again.
Well here I am staying up way to late again. I had better get to bed! Goodnight all!
