Hayden's 1st haircut part 3

I have to admit that part 2 of Hayden's haircut was a nightmare! He was even more wiggly than the 1st time. I gave up and took him to the NEX to finish it up. I should've just taken him there to begin with. He didn't move and it was done in about 5 minutes at most. Figures! He sure looks like a little man now!

I got a little braver this time and cut off the curls covering his ears. You can now see his ears!! No more ringlets! I trimmed more off the top too. He's looking like a boy now!

I didn't want to cut off to much. I didn't want it to be too drastic of a change because then I wouldn't reconize him. Haha! We'll take this haircut in shifts. 1. So I can get over my curl withdrawels. 2. So I only have to wrestle him to sit still for a little at a time. Check in again soon to see how short it is next time. He will look like a boy one of these days. Haha!

It's still long but not as long as it was.

He had a hard time sitting still and I was nervous about cutting off his curls.

Hayden wasn't easy to entertain while Cassidy got her hair highlighted but he sure entertained me. I got him some jelly belly jellybeans out of the candy machine. He thought it would be funny to stick them in his "belly" and then eat them. Brings new meaning to "jelly belly" don't you think?

Cassidy has been asking to get highlights done for awhile now. I guess she figured she had to put it on her birthday list to get them done. Well, it worked. She got her highlights and a new haircut! She even got an eyebrow wax. It's always nice to have two eyebrows instead of one. Hahaha!
